Schedule of Ceremonies for visiting Monk 12th Gyalwang Drukpa?

Does anyone know the specifics, times and places for ceremonies being held this week (17/4- 21/4) at pagodas around Saigon? I read an article about the dates, but didn't see anything about the times. There's supposed to be something at Giac Lam Pagoda on Sunday. If non-Buddhists can attend, I would like to.
