From Pakistan on Free visa, is it possible to take tansfer for job

My brother is coming from Pakistan on Free visa tranferable.My question is this that if he finds the job in first Month or second month is it possible to take tansfer to the thqt company

Only if he gets a job offer in a platinum category company.

Otherwise, he will have to wait for 2 years.

I think transfers are still possible, just that your current sponsor must be ready to give papers needed.
