Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone can help me figure out if there is an English link to translate the MOE website. Or if anyone knows how to start a small school for expats, please let me know = )

There is no school running....which is why I want info on how to get it running = )

I figure you will do everything by the book, so this is just a heads up:
