Today, I was able to cook that Mansaf, that "Brett Weer" in the above video was telling the funny story about it.

Mansaf is a traditional Jordanian main food.

HAHA i know lot of people ask me this but actually it is located in the Qassim region and 35kms from Buraidah and Unaiza.The name of city is called Bukariyah
