arrlval visa to kuwait border, what are requirements?

Hi there, I would like to know if this is possible as im planning to vist a relative on kuwait to travel by land using my personal car. I do have my original passport, iqama and exit re-entry to ksa with me but unfortunately my profession is only technician as stated on my iqama and a filipino national, would that be sufficient to go through? anyway I will only spend my eid holidays only a few days there, Ill appreciate any help and experience anyone can share..

Oh ok, so arrival visa is not possible, I just thought somebody tried it already and get through as GCC resident.

go to Kuwaiti embassy in Riyadh and inquire from them the procedure and requirements to enter Kuwait.I think you might not be allowed,because of MERS. otherwise they would grant.
