I guess you have to ask yourself WHY you are here. If it's because of the MONEY or because your husband is here, then you have to find ways to maximize your earning potential while you are here so that you can have a better life elsewhere afterwards. There is no use at all being bored and complaining. Everyone should have known what they were getting themselves into before coming here.
I know plenty people who utilize their long days day trading forex/stocks. Its a serious minefield trying to educate yourself on it as there is so much information out there, however if you happen to find the right info it can be lucrative and fun.
Why not use your spare time to make more of what brought you here in the first place!

I don't think it's about the country or the place you live in, it's about the people you surround yourself with, a good group of friends can make Jeddah entertaining

finding, creating a good group of friends here is challenging.  it's hard to be out of your element

@Hassan : you are correct for me Jeddah is like my second home as i m surrounded by good bunch of friends here ! and i never miss my home city being in Jeddah !
