Hello Guys,

I ahve an unpaid loan of 30,000 SAR so does it fall under Criminal Record ? as i need to get PCC fom Saudi Arbia, because i am planning to migrate to other country permanently. So does any 1 have any idea about UNPAID LOAN issue ?

What's PCC?

And how about you just repay it? Borrow money from friends and family and repay it. Not nice to borrow money from a bank and then leave the country without repaying it.

There were instances of posting an ad in the forum and the admin and members referred the ad owner to the classifieds.

You will have trouble if you try to exit the country without repaying the loan.
