Hi,

Me and my husband is moving to South korea next year and therefor I wonder if anyone know of any universities that I can apply to as a foreigner (swede) in Ulsan or Busan?

There is Busan National University(PNU)in Busan.
try it.
i also know some of the foreign students there.
