Hello,

I'm looking into purchasing some real estate in Nicaragua for rental income. I was wondering if there is anybody out there who has recently purchased a home in Nica who I could bounce some questions off off. I'd like to exchange e-mail addresses or even phone numbers for a quick conversation.
