Looking for a beautiful laid back swimming beach

Hi I'm from Minnesota and ready to move or at the very least spend the winter months in Nicaragua. I've spent a lot of time in Costa Rica but have a desire to go somewhere new (and less expensive ).My ideal spot would be a layed back beautiful beach with a mix of tourists and locals, and a couple little places to grab a beer at sunset or a bite to eat. Also an amazing sunset
