Hi

I am a non citizen,  married to a citizen of Mauritius.  I have residency in Mauritius but do not live there currently.  I have property in Mauritius also.  Is there a timeframe in which I need to return to Mauritius to keep my residency valid?

as long as you have a civil marriage and hold a spouse permit, you have no restrictions on time frame

Do you also know of any builders and architects I can contact in regard to building on my property.  I have tried many times to make contact from the net and get nowhere, it is not easy while not in MRU.  Please let me know if you have any contacts, thanks
