where will you be working ? How many 'girlfriends' are coming with? You will find it difficult to find more than a room in a shared appartment for 300  unless you intend to live a bit away from any 'action'. 'Coming in a few weeks' will probably not find you anything cheap as it is the main tourist season and 6 months is still considered a short let. Renting after October will get you a better deal ( but maybe no work).

I will come with my girlfriend. So 2 persons. I will be working in Rabat and what I am searching is a small studio in non-turistic area. I will be part timer worker so my budget will not be very high. Areas: Dingli, Rabat, Qawra, Attard,etc.

ok -))) If you are coming with your girlfriend it is not 'girlfriends' like in your original mail !

Dingli and Rabat should be possible on your budget. Rabat is quite a large size town. Dingli is much smaller . Qawra and Attard in the summer months might be difficult. It will probably be difficult to find something in advance of your stay.

I have a friend in Malta and he told me to stay with him 1 - 2 and start searching in Rabat or Dingli, etc and most probably I will find.

What do you thing about it? It is easier to find accommodation direct in Malta rather than searching on internet?
