Hi everyone!
Just wanna ask if I can apply now for fiancee visa or I need to wait for 3 months?! Btw I just arrived here in the Philippines last tuesday.

pheebz0501

hi lhen..

the 90/180 day rule only applies to short-term visa (Schengen visa type C or tourist/visitors visa).. a fiancé visa is a type of a residence permit...  so yes,  you can apply for a fiancée visa as soon as you can after you have arrived in the Philippines.. goodluck on your application :)

Hi everyone! :) I am really happy to see that there are lots of Filipino here.

I am a Filipina too, I have a Portuguese fiance, but he is currently working and living in Stavanger, Norway.

Can you give me advice on where to start if I want to process my paper so we can be together?

Thank you much, I will highly appreciate every response. Thanks!

I had fiancé from Norway he is now in Philippines he plan to bring me in Norway and we will got married there. This November we will submit our documents. Can I get a family migration even I didn't yet visit Norway??? My fiancé bring all his documents that needed in application and to get me.. How many months that we must wait to receive the permit on me to stay in Norway?? Can you help me.. Thank you

As long as they see that your relationship is genuine and you complete all the requirements needed, you will be granted permit.

make sure you check all the documents needed from the websites of:
-skatteetatten
-udi or norway embassy

As of the waiting time, it varies. Recently there are several applicants on the website that shared that they were approved in just 2 weeks. No one can really tell how long it will take, every application is different. :)

Hello,I'm new here in expat. I am currently au pair here in Oslo. Me and my fiancé are getting married this January 2018. And last month we applied for a fiancée visa. I am just wondering if it is possible to get married in my case. My visa will expire in January too. We decided to apply a fiancée visa to prevent lapses of my visa while I am still here. Any idea you might have for me. But right after we are married we will try to convert the fiancé visa to family reunification as spouse.

Hello. Yes i have tried that. And additional information please do take a seminar in commission on Filipino overseas cuz it will be check at the philippine AirPort specially us that are having a fiance visa. IT will only take you a day of seminar also you need to secure an appointment at www.cfo.gov.ph;)

Hi everyone! I will be applying for my fiance visa this January and I would like to make sure, is it okay to provide only copies of the needed requirement from my boyfriend's end? or should it be all original copies? and it is in norwegian of course, no need to translate it for our embassy here in manila? takk
