Hi everyone,

Plan to visit bangkok this coming August , is that safe to go now ??

Any recommendation shop to buy Chinese medication from china town ?? Will it be open on Saturday ???

I was there for 10 days while they still had the curfew. I felt really safe. Obviously I stayed away from the protest. Going there again this saturday and next weekend. So obviously I think it's safe to go there. I was there twice last December while they had some troubles as well.

However August is still a month away. We need to wait and see. Put it this way, if things didn't go worse than last may or june, then you know my answer. Hope that helps

Yes it's safe. As for china town it's open everyday, I guess you just need to stop at any Chinese pharmacy there.
