You first need to see if you qualify for a visa. Try this website www.immigration.govt.nz  for visa information and applications. There is a list of specialist skills that they give preference to so if you have good qualifications this will make things a little easier. If you have no formal qualifications you will not have any chance of getting a visa or a job.

     Im only asking which is good to inter in NZ.TOURIST VISA or  WORKING VISA..How the owner of the company get worker  if they need from other countries...

To get a tourist visa is relatively easy but you cannot work on that visa. To get a working visa is hard. The process takes time. Companies will not consider any overseas workers unless they have the correct visa. So no visa no job.

There is no easy way of getting into NZ or Australia if coming to work and looking to gain permanent residency and live here. Yesterday the NZ Govt announced that they are considering applying a more stringent English language test, especially spoken language.
