Hello,
Is it a joke? 140,000 Rs = 3,500 euros a month which is a good salary even in France.  Maybe you mean 14,000 Rs.

Hi,

I don't think you will have a problem. Small apartment on the beach will cost from Rs20-25,000 a month in the West, say around Rivière Noire, Tamarin, Flic, and goes as high as you want based on what you want. Seen some places go for 150,000 a month on beachfront.
