As long you have a valid Schengen Visa, you can travel to all of these countries. I did a Italy - Austria - Germany - France - Italy trip this December.

i dont have visa i have my passport and permesso di soggiorno.
can i still travel from another country that is not italy to another country???

You need to check your passport, there should be a printed Italian/Schengen Visa on it too.
I think with a valid permesso di soggiorno and the passport, you shouldn't have any issues.
