research scientist salaries in Belgium

Does anyone know what kind of salary a research scientist (PhD in virology/immunology with 2 year postdoctoral research experience) working for a big pharma (ex. Janssen Pharmaceuticals) would gets paid in Belgium? How about benefits? I am a foreigner who is may land a job in Belgium and need some disclosure. Please help!
