Does anyone know any good apartment complexes in Riyadh that have a few minimal facilities like a playground and swimming pool? And also hopefully encourage expats living there. Since compounds are very expensive, we are trying to find a nice place where our son can still enjoy a few things.

You can look at Eskan Al Ma'ather Housing in Olaya, it has playground and couple of other stuff but no swimming pool.

There is a place on Riyadh Tahliya, it's a small apartment complex with swimming pool, gym and a small playground. A pretty cute place to live in, i don't exactly recall the name but I can provide the location if you are interested!
