To activate the PM system on this forum you have to actively participate by answering posts, starting new posts etc.
The more times you post the more chance you have of getting the system activated. This is to stop spammers from getting on the forum and sending PM's.
No one line one word posts will be accepted toward activating the PM system. The more you participate the bigger your inbox becomes.
