Hi, a friend is a student at university in Rwanda, he needs a laptop to facilitate his study.  We hope to help in purchasing one for him.  Can anyone give an idea of the price of a suitable laptop in Kigali, it doesn't need to be a top of the range.  Thanks

Why don't you buy a good used one in your home country and ship it (insured) to Kigali along with some things for you?  It will probably be cheaper, plus you'll get some things from home, too.
