There is no such thing. It is illegal, and a sure fire way to get in trouble one way or another.

Get a job and come here legally under the sponsorship of your employer/sponsor.

No, not possible.

He is free to look for a job, but once he finds a willing employer, he has to return to his home country and apply for a work visa through his employer and do all the necessary paperwork.
