Job Hunting in Belgium

Hello everyone,
I am from Hong Kong. I am considering moving to Belgium in near future. And right now, I am finding information about job hunting in Belgium. I speak Chinese and English. Since I don't speak Dutch (I will definitely learn Dutch when I move there), I wonder if there are any channels that I can search for jobs that doesn't require Dutch-speaking. I know it's gonna be difficult to find a job there without speaking the languages there. So I really need helps from you. Thank you very much!
