Can wife get visa stamped in pakistan while pregnant?

from what i heard, that in pakistan when she will go for medical with yellow paper, they will fail her and mention that travel only possible after delivery.. 
u need to take a letter from embassy via eitmad agency and then ur medical/gamca will be cleared followed by visa stamping. its easily possible to come before 32nd week
