I've contacted the French Consulate in Tripoli , the girl told me
not sure ,
she will hit me back after 3 days ,

about  this website , they didn't mention anything about resident in Eu , just Green card holder , they can get there without visa
but nothing about Eu ,

already have my free tickets ,tripoli - paris -tahiti-bora bora

anyway ,I will wait for reply from the embassy
