Job Location: Kuala Lumpur
JOB TITLE : Senior Analyst
FUNCTION : Procure To Pay - Clearing & Reports
(Japanese Speaker)
LOCATION : Malaysia
GRADE : F2
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Transaction Processing
• Manual Payments (inclusive Treasury settlements) and clearing processing
• Intercompanies Netting and payments clearing
• Period/quarter/year end reporting
• Assisting Finance Analyst in reviewing transactions & reports where necessary
• Assist in troubleshooting, decision making and the identification and communication of potential issues/risks
• Meeting and improving service levels
• Ad Hoc Tasks as and when required
Process Excellence
• Assist with new process implementations
• Assist in maintenance of Accounts Payable general policies & procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure internal controls programs are adhered to
• Comply with accounting principles, BASS standards and SLAs
Customer Relationship Management
• Assist in addressing customer issues and requests
• Establish and maintain working relationship with OpCo where applicable
Team Environment
• Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness

Hi Mark . I am Omar. Just wanted to say Hi. I am   the Head teacher in one of the korean academies in Ampang.  Not a native speaker but have been teaching for the past 7 years to Koreans and grew up in USA. I would say I am a native apeaker but without the white skin and the passport. I am brown .lol
