Toshiba laptop c660-m202 booting problem

Help me plz its urgent.my toshiba laptop won't boot with any source like bootable usb, windows cd and from hdd.I tried and spent 12 hours but no success after power on it goes to blank screen with stucked cursor.

Please please please please help.

Yes I can goto bios, I can see toshiba logo but can't boot while I can change boot sequense to usb, cd rom, hdd etc
