Steps for a spousal visa to Saudi Arabia

Hello all~
I am a newlywed wife currently living in South Korea. My husband just left here to return to the USA to get his visa to start a new teaching job in Saudi Arabia. Somewhere lost in translation or miscommunication but we were hoping I could join him within a month or 2 but now we hear it's 3 months. We're a little worried about time b/c I am also a new, expectant mother so my window to travel is limited. Please PLEASE guide us through all the steps in what he needs to do to obtain my spousal visa so no stone is left unturned and there are very little to no issues.
