what to do with semi-defective TV

Need advise on what to do with 60" Sony projection TV with stand which is working but with some defect (blue dots/yellow coloration on parts of the screen). Have had Sony look at it but they say it cannot be repaired because spare part required is no longer being stocked. The TV is taking a lot of space and I need to part company with it.

You could also put an ad in the classifieds TV, Hi-fi, Camera in Kuala Lumpur.

yes it is still available. has the original Sony TV stand also.
