VoIP Help!

Hi,

I need to use a VoIP based communication system for my personal use.

Something working approx as Skype Nrs but Skype nrs doesn't have Vietnamese nrs.

Basically what I need uis:
A Vietnamese nr (it could be a fixed one or a mobile phone one).
When the nr will be called automatically the call will be directed via VoIP connections (and rates!) to my mobile phone.
The Country where I'll be it could change and I must be able to update online the system by changing the destination nr according the local SIM I'll use.

Does this system exist in Vietnam?
I can't check because I don't speak Vietnamese and my wife, who speaks Vietnamese being Vietnamese, doesn't understand about the technical arguments so she can't help me.

It sounds like you're going to be travelling and you want your wife to be able to call you wherever you are. Is that right?

I don't know of any VoIP providers that have a PoP (point-of-presence) in Vietnam, but I'm happy to be proven wrong about that. So I don't think you're going to find a local number.

Do you and your wife have iPhones? They support IP voice calls, whether over WiFi or 3G networks. I'd bet Android has something similar, but I have no experience with them.
