Hi nitesh.nitai036,

If you want to work in Singapore, your employer can apply either for an EP (which is currently difficult to get, especially for Indians) or keep your DP and get an LoC from MoM (which is easier to get in some cases). Most employers do not know this route, some do not like it and most others pay LoC holders less than employees on EP, but at least you could work - so don't forget to mention it in your applications!

As a general rule, Singapore employers must prove that there is no suitably skilled local before they're allowed to hire a foreigner. There is a locals-only Job Bank for this purpose, where jobs need to be unsuccessfully listed for two weeks before they can even consider you. Thus, in your applications, focus on your niche skills that are rare in Singapore!

Good luck!
