I have just arrived in Muscat and would like to get in contact with the expats living in Muscat..... How do I go about it ??

Can you elaborate what actually you mean to say by quoting "Link up with ladies" ?
This is Oman and you have to be aware that certain norms must be strictly followed. Hence, think twice before you quote a statement like that.
