Compund like place to be rented

Expats,

For all looking for a compound like place to rent, well I got one, this place got like eight rooms, a pool, a place where gym can be made, kitchen, private bathroom for each room and a garden.

This place costs 10,000 per month for the whole compound. Am now looking for 6 more people to join in which will cost each individual about 1250 per month.the owner accepts only expats so thought of shairing.

The place is located at exit 8 dammam road.

Actually it used to be more of a Istiraha kinda place. Now they converted it to a villa kinda place.
