Work permit for spouse of Mauritian

Hi All,

Request you to go through my query and please let me know the ans,

I am married to Mauritian girl, do I still need to posses work permit to work in Mauritius and if not then what documents I need to carry to move in to Mauritius.

Hi Pankai

before you can work you need to obtain a permanent residence, otherwise you still need a w permit.

if you are married is very simple, just go at "spouse office" at port louis, you need your passport, pictures, marriage certificate (maybe you need an apostle on it), prove of enough money at the bank, morality certificate (done whiten 3 months), it could take 2 months to get it
