I am looking to see if I can register a mortgage of a property i intend to purchase .How do I do this ? Anyone have experience . I have a partner that I wish to invest with however i want to insure that my amount gets paid back when it sells Anyone legally qualified here to answer ? ... In Thailand forum they now have a lawyer that answers basic questions for all in another forum and its great ....We Need one here in this forum !!! suggestion

No one would be brave enough or foolish enough to say they understand how the laws work in these islands.
