Can you be more specific for what country you are asking for a permit?
It would be much easier to answer that question, IF you ask on the appropriate forum.

i am from Tunis, i do have Hep B POSITIVE but passive. do u think they can reject the iqama?

"Iqama" is some kind of Moslem prayer, according to Google! What has this got to do with Hepatitis or permits? This thread is a bit of a mystery, isn't it?

It also appears to be a type of permit in Saudi.
The OP is making life hard for himself but not using the right forum and giving very few details.
These will make finding answers hard; especially when the question seems to involve getting around local laws.
Hep B is transmitted via body fluids. Could be birth thing, but it's also commonly an STD.
That won't go down well in Saudi.
