120 Bd salary as Waiter - your insight about this please

I was offered a 120 BD to work as waiter on a 5 star hotel being constructed and finished by the month's end.

Guys could you give some insights about this. i understand it seems to be not enough, but should i expect anything aside from my salary working on the hotel? we have no benefit for a service charge. but we will have tips, any advice how much it may bring to me?

it is always advertised for a free meal, transportation and accommodation. but i guess it was actually paid from the workers salary since locals had usually, in many cases, twice the earnings compared to the same level of foreign co employees
