Multiple Visa Re entry

Could someone please tell me what exactly are the rules and or standard requirements regarding a multiple entry visa to Saudi. I have a 3 month multiple visa, that says the duration of the stay is only 30 days, but it is valid for 90 days. i came from Dubai , can i go to Bahrain for Re entry or i have to go back & will come back again from there ?
