Hello ,
My brother got an offer from a recycling plant as an engineer . he got 2 years of experience . he is offered 2500 sar basic + 500 hra+ 500 ta . my question is
1. Is this a goof deal for a fresher engineer
2 . will company provide him a bachelor accomodation and a common transportation and he gets 3500 sar as sallary or 2500sar
3.if this is not a good deal what should be demanded

It Depends with the city he is residing in. For some cities like Riyadh he will need to request the company to offer him a transportation. Through my experience without transportation here in riyadh was totally different from Jeddah.

As for the package, I think 2500 is to low. 3500 is a good start depending on what job he is going to be doing.

I would like to clarify that if he's provided with a group transportation by the company will company cut his travelling allowance .

Well thats obvious, mostly it will be a bus of the company thats if they have any.

Or he can just request some one a colleague or some one to drop him and pick him up. He could agree with him by paying or something.
