No iqama and documents

I would like to ask what kind of documents I can ask from my new employer since I am working with him without any Iqama since my passport is expired and that Phil.consulate will be here in Khamis this november for the renewal of passports.Passports are release usually after 3 months and I am afraid that I have no papers at hand to show,I have transferred actually from another company because of none renewal of Iqama from my former employer and have a printout copy from the Ministry of labour that I have been transferred to my new company...

Hope you can share some advice since working without iqama is dangerous.

No docs at all, time to get worried and do something.
Start by contacting your embassy and trying to get a passport renewal as soon as possible.
Hanging around is a really bad idea.
