Double basses in Nepal..?

That would depend, now..?

a) Yes, somebody knows
b) No, nobody knows
or
c) 42 - assuming that the actual number of double basses would be the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything

Take your pick,
or alternately explain why anyone would care, if you care enough to do so...

I have to very strongly disagree with you (And Douglas Adams) on this issue.
The best laid plans of mice and men (What have men got to do with it), are commonly totally ruined by improbabilities, such as the number of large string instruments in Asian countries suddenly increasing or turning into whales and flowerpots; the latter uttering, "oh no, not again".

This most impotent subject has not been even close to explored enough.

Nice whining, way to go, to another thread. For your information I'll make it real simple so you can grasp the concepts.

1. Jitendra asked a simple question and doesn't deserve or need your offenses.

2. Learn with the "+1 button" really means and how it works, there is not one single recommendation an any postings to this topic thread. (Go back to your rant on the "Help us improve the website" to see a full description of the recommend button).

3.  There is a wonderful utility called Google, you should try it out some time. Really, your questions on so many forums.... can't you figure things out on your own?

4.  Most people here are not professional musicians and would probably understand if you used the term Contrabass or Bass Violin / Bass Viol.

Either your profile is outdated, a fake or you're just a troll. You post dozens of "Googleable" questions on the Bali and Indonesia forums, the Vietnam forum, Nepal forum, Singapore forum, Thailand forum, Uzbekistan Forum, Trinidad & Tobago forum; yet your profile says you are living in Zimbabwe. Very strange. Are you a gypsy, a flight attendant or just confused about where you are and where you want to be? You seem to get your nose out of joint when one of the members of the Experts Team doesn't answer you right away or if some other member doesn't understand you.

Since you've been silent on the forums for the past two days since your rant on the "Help us improve the website forum" I'm really hoping that perhaps you've made good on your threat to leave our midst. Now that REALLY would improve the website!
