We found out on a Sunday at 6pm that our Nanny had decided not to return from her trip back to her family. By 6pm in Tuesday we had interviewed 5 women to replace her all from this amazing site! We have hired one of them and referred another to a friend. We are hopeful that things will work out for a long time!
