Need help & suggestion -is 3500SAR along with accomodation good deal?

I have been offered for a job in a llc company headquartered in Riyadh. I am an engineer with 1 year experience and has been offered a salary of 3500 SAR along with accomodation, transport. Please suggest whether this is a valid salary for an engineer in construction sector. Please help in me in validating a background check on the company and also the salary offered.

3500 only! This is very low salary, the average salary for engineering it's 7000 until 50k. !!!

3500 was valid 10 years ago, you will spend minimum 1000 per week

Thank you very much for the advice. So should I decline the offer or negotiate with the company as negotiation would be a bit tough because from the last 1 year I have been working with them only offsite.

I am in a dilema whether to go for it or not. Your advices would help me to get out of it.

I am not going through any recruitiing firm, I am in direct touch with the company as I had been working for 1 year with the company itself. Should I negotiate or drop the offer.
