On CNN they report both are from Indonesia, one found inside the apartment and the second victim in a suitcase on a balcony.....

CNN also made the strong suggestion that they were kupu kupu malam.   Hopefully that will have no bearing in the HK criminal justice system where this guy should be looking at the death penalty.

So police found some cocaine in the apartment, reading the article this guy must be mentally sick....

Ubudian

The old "temporary insanity plea" eh?

Watching CNN coverage out of HK (Kristie Lu Stout is hot don't you think?), the guy did look like a mad hatter.

Roy, she is an eye catcher for sure. I would not mind having a drink with her  :D

By the way....do they have the death penalty in Hong Kong still ?

Ubudian

She's very happily married I understand.  But, that didn't stop a good expat friend who has also has a business in HK from trying!      He got absolutely nowhere with her.

She could be reporting impending doomsday and I think my response would be, "oh, that's nice."  She has a "way" about her which I find very soothing and appealing.

Pre-take-over the Brits abolished the death penalty I think, (the early/ mid 90's?), but I thought under Chinese authority it's back?   I'm not sure...maybe not?  It sure is popular in the rest of the PRC.

Where the heck is Hailey when she's really needed anyway?   :D

Epicuriousannie

Thought its just one Indonesian and one from Philipinnes or elsewhere.

Epicuriousannie

Okay, both of them are from Indonesia.

Capital punishment is all the rage in Mainland China, but Hong Kong hasn't executed anyone since the '60s.  The British got rid of it before they left and no one's made any serious effort to bring it back, as far as I know.

Prostitution is legal in Hong Kong, so that shouldn't really affect any prosecution or trial.  The fact that this guy's British isn't going to impress anyone.  British people in Hong Kong aren't all that rare.
