Education in Finland for a Jamaican student

Hello! I am a Jamaican who would like to know if I should choose an education in Finland. i am confused because i want the highest education in marketing and advertisement yet it seems Finland is not interested in those students.i do not even see scholarships that take care of housing etc. !! Do they even care about Jamaicans? will i suffer if i go there? i am only 16.

Finland is not your mother.

Tuition is free, but you complain that housing is not? There is very inexpensive housing for students, but lots of students vying for a room too. Google!
