truck stolen and burnt

Looking for some guidance from folks living in Saudi. My brother in law lives in Saudi. He is into supplying goods at local shops by driving around all over in Saudi. Day before yesterday, his truck was stolen and burnt.

Any suggestions on dealing with the situation?
Any way to avail for help from any organizations or from indian govt?

He needs to have a complaint filed. As a law, his vehicle would most probably be insured, hence, he can claim insurance on the same. He needs to take the help of his sponsor.

Indian embassy is not well equipped to deal with such civil matters.
