I have spent a few months in the philippines and just recently returned bact to the UK. I lived in cebu for a week and otherwise I live in carmona. The wofe lives in cebu but we have a house in carmona. Trying to sell the house so I can live with the wife in cebu. Hi everyone !!

its more easy to get an agent for u to be able to sell ur house quickly... why not have it rented instead, its the hottest trend now in real estate, and u can derive it as an income also here...
