2025 Annual Report Advisory

Pursuant to section 10 of republic act no. 562, as amended, also known as the alien registration act of 1950, โALL REGISTERED ALIENS shall, within the first sixty (60) days of every calendar year or from 01 January 2025 until 01 March 2025, REPORT IN PERSON to the Bureau of Immigration.โ
The following re the requirements for the 2025 Annual Report:
1. Completely filled-out online registration which ca be accessed thru https://e-services.immigration.gov.ph;
2. Original valid ACR I-Card of card holders or original paper-based ACR; and
3. Original valid passport.
a. FOR ALL REPORTEES with expired passport โ an affidavit of undertaking to secure passport shall be submitted to the Registration Officer;
b. FOR NATIVE BORN aliens without passport โ an affidavit of no passport issued since birth with undertaking to secure passport shall be
submitted to Registration Officer;
c. FOR REFUGEE/S under section 47(B) of CA 613, as amended, or stateless aliens under section 13, paragraph (a) of DOJ department circular no. 793, they should present original ACR I-Card or paper-based ACR; and
d. FOR RA 7919 visa holder imprint with pending application for re-stamping of the new RA 7919 security visa imprint in compliance with immigration administrative circular no. SBM-2015-001 shall be allowed to undergo the AR 2025 provided they present proof of payment for ASIO re-stamping.
4. Official receipt from previous year covering payment of annual report fee.
The 2025 annual report for the BI main office in Intramuros, Manila shall be held at Robinsonโs Place, Manila (3rd Level, Center Atrium, near Robinsonโs food court) and at the Government Service Express Unit inside SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays thru Fridays except holidays.
There will be a VIRTUAL ANNUAL REPORT which shall be available 24/7 including holidays to all registered foreign nationals present in the Philippines during the annual report period who are holders of valid visas. The annual reportee under the virtual annual report shall register thru
https://e-services.immigration.gov.ph and pay the assessed fees within the day from the issuance of OPS thru Maya or Gcash, Credit (Visa/Mastercard) and Landbank. Otherwise the annual reportee will request for the re-issuance of OPS thru their existing BI e-services account.
Further, all departing foreign nationals are required to pay their annual report prior to the issuance of Emigration Clearance Certificate โ B (ECC-B) in compliance to section 22(a) of CA 613, as amended and section 10 of RA 562, as amended.

Finally, failure to make the report shall subject the concerned alien, at the option of the Commissioner of Immigration, to an administrative fine or to prosecution and upon conviction be punished by a fine or imprisonment, or both, pursuant to section 10 paragraph 2 of the alien registration act of 1950, as amended by section 2 of republic act no. 578 and section 5 of republic act no. 751.
