Hello,  I'm considering becoming PY resident and would like to know how PY resident is taxed if he gets dividends from foreign company with no business activity in PY?

No income tax for money earned outside the country

The personal  income tax here in Paraguay is at a 10% rate and only applies to income earned in Paraguay by citizens or residents.
