I don't know/remember the name of that place but you'll find it quite easily. drive down Nguyen Ai Quoc past the U.S. Air Force Base/war museum and park (near the intersection with Pham Van Thuan), drive direction N/NE. It is one or two building complexes after that museum on the same side as the museum. That is quite a huge, modern and nice Gym for Bien Hoa.
